About How Much is it Worth
How Much is it Worth is an AI-powered item valuation tool. Snap a photo of any item and get an instant price estimate — across 25+ collecting categories, with no expertise required and no $50–$100 appraiser fee.
What we do
You upload a photo. Our AI identifies the item (category, year, model, variant), assesses its condition from the image, and looks up comparable market data. In seconds you get an estimated price range, a condition rating, a rarity assessment, and a written breakdown of the key drivers — year, mint mark, grade, demand, errors, provenance, whatever applies to that category.
Categories we cover
Coins, Pokemon cards, baseball cards, trading cards, watches, jewelry, antiques, vinyl records, sneakers, comic books, art, electronics, LEGO, furniture, stamps, books, designer bags, guitars, sports memorabilia, toys, gold & silver, vintage cameras, video games, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic the Gathering. Each category has a dedicated page explaining what drives value in that specific market, plus value tiers from common to premium.
Price guides
Beyond category overviews, we publish 40+ specific price guides (Morgan Silver Dollars, Wheat Pennies, First Edition Charizard, vintage Rolex, key issue comics, rare sneakers, and more). Each guide includes price ranges, what to look for, and how condition and rarity move the number.

When you still need a real appraiser
For everyday buying and selling decisions, our estimates are great. For insurance claims, estate settlements, or items worth $10,000+, get a certified appraisal too. AI is good for the common case, not for legal documentation.
The story
How Much is it Worth started from a simple question: why does checking the value of an item still require either hiring an appraiser or spending hours digging through eBay sold listings? Modern image models can identify items reliably and large language models can synthesize comp data — combine the two and you get a free, instant valuation that’s good enough for almost every real-world selling decision.
